Cabana’s
Our Cabana line features a large architectural sloped roof; larger patio deck space; wide glass panel fronts; architectural metal trim; and premium full panel, dark edged, fiber cement board siding that showcases the look of real wood. The Cabana line also offers versatile alternative designs including the option to eliminate the sloped roof and porch, and to also expand the Pod in overall length.
Our C-1 maintains a 159 SF footprint comprised of 96 SF of usable interior space, along with a 45 SF covered porch.

The C1-A eliminates the architectural sloped roof and front porch, reducing the studio’s footprint to 122 SF, while replicating the 96 SF of usable interior space available in our C1 Cabana.

Cabana 1A (C1-A)
Like the C-1A, our C1-B also eliminates the architectural sloped roof and front porch, while increasing the studio’s footprint to 168 SF and providing 138 SF of usable interior space. We’ve upgraded the entry with French doors and sidelights, and provided a more traditional façade designed with fiber cement lap siding.

The C-2 provides a modular increase in unit length through the stacking of available front glass (sliding or stacking) wall panels.
At 27’ in ground base length, our base C-2 (shown) maintains a 375 SF footprint comprised of 228 SF usable interior space, along with a 101 SF covered porch.
